Frequently asked questions

  • Together as MUFG colleagues, we want to ease the pressures on local communities and empower our charity partners to be a force for good. To find out more about our local charity partners, please visit the Our Impact page.

  • The challenge starts on 1 June 2024 and finishes on 30 June 2024.

  • To take part, you can run, cycle, swim, or move in your own time and record the number of kilometres you cover on Strava.

We will also have a variety of activities planned across the region and in your location.

Keep an eye out for upcoming communications to find out what you can do and how you can sign up.

  • MUFG are doing this challenge to raise funds for our charities across the EMEA region.

If you are taking on a Fitprints Challenges such as Run for Good, Abseiling or London to Amsterdam Cycle Challenge there will be specific fundraising targets for each challenge:

Run for Good £30 - DONATE HERE

    Abseiling £75 (1 person] or £100 (2 people)

London to Amsterdam Cycle Challenge £750

  • All employees across the EMEA region are welcome to participate.

  • This is entirely up to you. You can walk, jog, run, cycle, swim or even roller skate!

However you do it, just keep a record of the distances you achieve by downloading Strava or you can submit them manually here

  • All the distances we achieve from our activities will be added to your offices total and will be shown on the MUFG Fitprints for Good leaderboard.

Each office will have a target and, like last year, we hope you exceed it.

  • This is very easy. To ensure all the kilometres you achieve get added to the leader board, you can use Strava to have them automatically added or, by completing this online form

  • Since the Strava mobile app cannot record stationary or indoor data without a GPS signal, please click here to find out how to use Strava to ensure distances you achieve appear on your Strava profile.

  • Your information will be stored by TFA Events Limited, the event website manager for the period of the challenge.
