Medical consent

This information will be kept confidential at all times and will only be shared with medical and emergency professionals who require this information. ACCOMMODATION

Three nights' accommodation is included as part of the challenge. This can be taken as the two nights of the challenge (20 & 21 June 2024) plus the night before 20th June 2024 or the night after (22nd June 2024). Please select from below. Single occupancy rooms are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Return journey from Amsterdam to London is on Sunday 23 June. Please selct your preferred option (subject to availability)

Availability to join the hybrid Meet and Greet at 12-1pm (GMT) on 03 April 2024 at Ropemaker

Availability to join the training cycles 18 May 2024 in London or 11 May 2024 in Amsterdam (or whichever dates work for you)

All participants must have cycling activity, travel, and medical insurance cover valid in the UK, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

I have insurance to cover me for cycling activities in UK, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

I have travel insurance to cover me for any loss, damage, theft to my bike and my possessions.

I have medical insurance to cover me for any medical expenses incurred.

My agreement
